Program Guest Survey

Missouri State ID Access Coalition, July 2023 - Present

Beginning in July 2023, St. Francis Xavier College Church and Ashrei Foundation began distributing a survey to people receiving ID assistance services at their clinics. Through the course of the year, additional partners distributed the survey as well. Six total organizations (Ashrei Foundation, SFX College Church, Guardian Angel Settlement Association, Thomas Dunn Learning Center, Voluntary Action Center, and Next Step Joplin) provided data from 590 survey participants to be included in this report. A majority of surveys came from St. Louis, with Joplin and Columbia represented second and third most, respectively. In the next iteration of this survey, the hope is to increase both the number of organizations participating as well as the number of regions in Missouri - while also narrowing the gap between St. Louis and other regions.

We are still collecting data and will be updating this survey to create a new iteration that continues to ask the best questions, seeking critical information. When that survey is available, we will post it. Until then, you are welcome to distribute this survey. Please email info@moidaccess.org to let us know of your involvement and we will connect you to the survey response form. Thank you!

Missouri State ID Access Coalition Research

The Missouri State ID Access Coalition created a survey for programs to distribute in 2023. There were 273 surveys completed and this presentation synthesizes the results. Please note that some edits were made to these slides after the Dec 8 presentation that is linked to the right. The slides reflect the most accurate and up-to-date information.

The Direct Programming Committee (formerly Regional Program Support) dived into the results during their December meeting. See the recorded presentation here.
